About Me

I have had my own Estate Agency business, covering Wisbech and Holbeach since 2001, so am a familiar face! It is amazing to think that I have seen different generations of families buy and sell homes – that definitely makes me feel old! The industry has changed so much since those early days, but the thing I really love about it still, is to truly help people work through their individual property journey.

At this point in my career, the most important thing to me is to offer a truly bespoke, caring and individual service to all of my handpicked clients – one that we will travel through together, with me offering as much support and guidance as the client requires. Property transactions can be incredibly stressful, and can relate to many different stages/phases of life for people – I believe it is an honour for me to be part of that life stage, and as such, it is my duty to be as supportive and helpful as possible. Having been through many different experiences myself, I am able to have empathy with a wide variety of circumstances people find themselves in.

Whilst I have my “soft centre”, I am also incredibly tenacious, resilient, fast paced, competitive, focused and motivated – it has been known for clients to mention my directness (sometimes an essential requirement in order to get to the end goal a client requires)! I have extensive knowledge of investment properties and love helping people add to their portfolios or develop a project.

Outside of work, I am well known for my love of dogs and music, my interest and support of mental health groups, and my absolute love of glitter! I look forward to bringing some sparkle into your property journey!

Why work with me?

It can be quite scary buying or selling a home, especially if you have not done it before, or if it has been a long time since you have done so. From our initial contact, right through to moving day, you will be able to have direct contact with me – whether that be via landline, mobile phone, WhatsApp or email. Whatever questions you have, just ask away.

When you are looking to sell, I will visit your home and give you full guidance on the best marketing price, the homemoving process, a detailed marketing strategy and any tips for things you can do to style your home so as to help sell it at the best price, in the timescale you require. It is a team effort, and I will work with you to achieve the best results. I will spend time on creating your individual property brochures so that they really evoke true feelings within potential buyers. The brochures will have professional photographs which will also show the true heart of your home.

We market properties on the major portals, our own website, on social media, and to our current database of waiting potential purchasers. All viewings will be accompanied by myself, and I will ensure that I show the “right” type of buyer around your home – tapping into the emotions and lifestyle desires of that client. Once a suitable buyer has been found, I will progress the sale though to completion (moving day) – this means I will be liaising with solicitors and agents involved in the chain – I have been described as a “dog with a bone” in this process, as I do not like to give up and will push harder when required. Having extensive knowledge of the industry and the area, I am expertly placed to be able to answer questions, explain things to people involved in the transaction and to get the job done.

Property is such an interesting and popular topic of conversation, and I love it (whether that be as a home or as an investment), but within all of that, I always remember that there is, most importantly, a human element to it, and why I offer such a personal and bespoke service.
